Take Part In Life.

I thought for a short while that it may have stopped raining, but I can just make out soft sprinkling on the van roof, then again that maybe off the trees. A chill autumnal Scot’s morning. Grey skies persist and a heavy damp light to go with it. The ground sodden and puddled around me. It would appear that I wasn’t mistaken the rain continues. Bird calls along with the Sunday subdued croaks of crows complete the soundtrack. It is lovely to sense and feel the absence of modernity, the rush of the clock and the thoughts of places to be. A busy day yesterday brings us to self care Sunday, everyday should have an element of self care, but more so today, so carve out some time. A lot of space for self reflection and guiding people through the practice of the same yesterday too. There is something of privilege attached to being a witness to people’s sharing, their growth and that’s a feeling I hope I don’t ever lose. So yesterday was a day of guidance, witness and privilege and I sense that today will be more of the same. Not a lot to report from the woods in Wiston except to say do something for you today and lovely days people.

“Life isn't something you possess. It's something you take part in, and you witness.” Louis C K.
